SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How much will shipping cost?

The Shipping price varies based on the weight of the item, the postage class you choose and the destination country. It will be added, as you place items in your cart. 

All orders are shipped through Royal Mail.

How long will it take until the order it sent out?

As each item is individually engraved, it will take up to 2 business days to dispatch your order.

After this, the shipping time depends on the same factors as the cost.

Typical, but not guaranteed, shipping time, following dispatch, is:

  • UK 2nd class (default): 2-3 business days

  • UK 1st class: 1-2 business days

  • Europe: 3-7 business days

  • US & Rest of the World: 10-15 business days

Please allow extra time at Christmas.

What are the domestic and international shipping options?

Orders are all sent using Royal Mail.

UK order are sent 2nd class by default, but you can choose 1st class.

International order are sent using the International Standard option.

No orders have any tracking.

What if my order is lost in the post?

Sometimes there can be delays in the postal networks, so please be patient. It is very rare for order to be lost. After sufficient time, please get in touch and we can agree next steps.

Are orders tracked?

No.

PERSONALISATIONS
Am I able to have a personalisation not shown on your shop?
Yes you are and I will endeavour to do what you are looking for. This is usually subtle changes to an existing design, for example a font change or the use of basic images. I am able to do nearly all fonts, so please supply the font name.

ORDERS

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

I frequently have large orders placed for my products, for example for weddings. Discounts can happen, but this entirely depends on the size of the order. Please message\email me and we can discuss, at WoodAndSlateGifts@gmail.com.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

As all our products are engraved to your personalisation, we don't accept returns.

Refunds or replacements are only offered if the product is not as described, there is a mistake in the engraving, or is faulty.
